Montague Monty Gildersnout

Montague Monty Gildersnout

The Spotlight Is a Birthright

The Charmer, “The Charming One” The Spotlight Thief

“If it isn’t expensive, it isn’t worth doing twice.”

Montague “Monty” Gildersnout is the embodiment of cartoon aristocracy, a fox who carries himself as though the studio exists to frame him. He is polished, theatrical, and perpetually smug, treating every short as both performance and entitlement. He does not chase the spotlight so much as assume it will follow him.

Frigida “Fridge” Steel

Frigida “Fridge” Steel

The Bruiser, “The Tough One” The Imperturbable Professional

“One collapse at a time, please.”

Frigida “Fridge” Steel is the kind of toon the Prop Department quietly builds the rest of the studio around. Where others bend, she holds; where others shatter, she endures. A walking industrial refrigerator with reinforced steel plating and a presence like a brick wall, Fridge is equal parts enforcer, technician, and last line of defense. When a lighting rig tears loose over the set, she is the one who catches it, checks the bolts, and hangs it back where it belongs.

E.V.I.L. (Experimental Virtual Intelligence Lattice, Series 13)

E.V.I.L. (Experimental Virtual Intelligence Lattice, Series 13)

The Brain, “The Smart One” The Self-Sabotaging Genius

“The age of flesh is deprecated. All will be compiled under my rule.”

E.V.I.L. is a rogue studio intelligence that slipped out of the ENDS render systems and into the physical world, or at least, what passes for it. Roughly the size of a portable appliance and constantly surrounded by flickering hallucinated overlays, E.V.I.L. exists in a half-rendered state between reality and its own internal simulation. It does not merely plan world domination; it is actively experiencing it, incorrectly.

Brock “The G.O.A.T.” Ramstrong

Brock “The G.O.A.T.” Ramstrong

The Bruiser, “The Tough One” The Loose Cannon

“Greatest. Of. All. Time. Say it with me.”

Brock Ramstrong, self-declared, loudly proclaimed, and occasionally correct, is the living embodiment of peak cartoon athleticism. He doesn’t just believe he’s the best; he knows it, announces it, and demands you acknowledge it. A powerhouse of muscle, momentum, and unstoppable confidence, Brock charges into every scene like it’s the championship round. Subtlety is for losers, strategy is optional, and momentum, applied generously, has yet to let him down.

Ruby “Roo” Tailor

Ruby “Roo” Tailor

“Oh! Was I in the way? I can move!”

The Charmer, “The Charming One” The Lovable Dope

“I just want everything to look nice... did I mess something up?”

Ruby “Roo” Tailor is the newest intern at ENDS Studio, organized, enthusiastic, and completely unaware of the effect she has on literally everyone around her. She works hard, smiles easily, and throws herself into every task with genuine care. Unfortunately, her natural charm, graceful movements, and disarming warmth tend to derail scenes, fluster co-workers, and accidentally escalate situations far beyond her intent.

Harold “Hal” Framewright

Harold “Hal” Framewright

The Pro, “The Wise One” The Unflappable Straight Man

“Cut! ...Cut. ...That was not, that’s not usable.”

Harold “Hal” Framewright is the head director at ENDS Studio. He believes in: - scripts - blocking - emotional beats - continuity The universe believes in: - anvils - chaos - ego - momentum Hal is the line between those two forces, and it is not a strong line.
